By accessing and using idealeng.co.uk, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Ideal Consulting Engineers provides structural engineering and architectural drawing services strictly for residential properties.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Any quotes or fixed-fee estimates provided via this website or subsequent communication are based on the information provided by the user. If the scope of the project changes upon formal site inspection, we reserve the right to amend our fees accordingly.

3. Separate Entities

Ideal Consulting Engineers and Ideal Joiners and Builders are separate legal entities. Contracting with one does not automatically enter you into a contract with the other. Services provided under Ideal Consulting Engineers are restricted to structural calculations, CAD drawings, and relevant council documentation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Ideal Consulting Engineers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
